TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE

1.- Previous Considerations

These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relationships that arise between its legal representative AREA MASCOTAS, SL with NIF B87073375 that operates from C / Tierra, 3 CP 28229 MADRID hereinafter "Store" and third parties (hereinafter "Users"). These general conditions regulate the access and use that the owner of the website makes freely available to Internet users. Access to it implies acceptance without reservation. The mere use of the website, as well as requesting information or placing an order through the online store of the official website cagescubes .com (www. Cagescubes .com ) , implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2.- Use of the Website

The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these Conditions. General, and you must also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the goods and rights of AREA MASCOTAS, SL , its suppliers, Users or in general of any third party.

3.- Products and Prices

3.1 AREA MASCOTAS, SL reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, AREA MASCOTAS, SL may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, AREA MASCOTAS, SL reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.

3.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond in the most reliable way possible that the web display technology allows to the Products actually offered, but the photographs are not contractual. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The photographs are not contractual.

3.3 The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros, are valid for all of Spain and Portugal and include VAT.

4.- Payment method for the Products

4.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, AREA MASCOTAS, SL will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the data of the different options to make the payment of the Products to AREA MASCOTAS, SL .

4.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

4.3 AREA MASCOTAS, SL will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase has been made.

4.4 The order confirmation sent by AREA MASCOTAS, SL is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.

5.- Shipping

5.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal, so the delivery service will only be for that territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once the payment has been verified, the maximum delivery period being thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.

5.3 The delivery service of AREA MASCOTAS, SL , is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige.

5.4 In some cases the cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

5.5 In the case of cash on delivery, and if the Store deems it appropriate, it may request confirmation of the same or even in case of doubts about possible fraudulent purchase, cancel the order.

5.6 If you make a transfer from another bank or box, keep in mind that it will not be effective in our bank until 48 working hours after it has been made.

6.- Shipping and Returns Guarantees due to breakage or error

6.1 At www. cagescubes .com we work so that the order reaches its destination in perfect condition. If this is not the case and the order shows evidence of damage during shipping or if the packaging was damaged, we will exchange or repair the damaged products at no cost to you.

Similarly, if by mistake we have sent you an item that you had not requested, we will also change the product for which you requested.

For this, it is essential that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging be indicated in the observations section of the carrier's delivery document.

6.2 If you have not received the order and wish to cancel or modify it:

- If your order has left our warehouse and, there being no incident on our account, you do not want your order AREA MASCOTAS, SL may demand compensation for the costs of shipments made both outward and return.

7.- Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the User has the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which he may return the product received if he finds that it does not meet his expectations. The exercise of this right of withdrawal will have to be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and according to the official calendar of the place where the good has been delivered. In order to exercise this right, it will be essential that you keep the original packaging of the product and that it has not been used, being the return and the cost of the return on behalf of the USER.

To make use of this right of withdrawal you must write us an email to Indicating the name of the user, order date, order number, means of payment, product to be returned, order delivery date and account number for the return in case of having paid the order by Transfer, deposit into account or the opposite.

The return of the product will be at the customer's expense and the direct cost of this return will be borne by the customer, as stated in the LGCU. This cost is the sum of the shipping costs that have not been previously assumed and those of the return to our warehouse.

The refund of the amount of the returned product / s will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items in our warehouses, after checking the status of the merchandise, which must be unused and in its original packaging. Then the amount will be reimbursed in the same way that the purchase was made, except in cash, which will be reimbursed by bank transfer.

In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, AREA MASCOTAS, SL reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order.

As established in article 45 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, the exercise of the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL on products with an expiration date of less than one month will not be admitted.

Returns will not be accepted for those products "which, due to their nature, cannot be returned (...) or can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use" (law 47/2002, of December 19, of Ordinance of the Retail Trade art. 45).

8.- Intellectual and Industrial Property

8.1 The User acknowledges that all the elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relationship with them, they are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of AREA MASCOTAS, SL itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other right other than those specifically contemplated in the same.

8.2 Unless authorized by AREA MASCOTAS, SL or, where appropriate, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent , lend, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Store only for their own needs, agreeing not to carry out, directly or indirectly, a commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through them.

8.3 The User must refrain from circumventing or manipulating any technical devices established by AREA MASCOTAS, SL or by third parties in the Store.

9.1 All the information provided through the registration form, as well as that from the transactions carried out, will be kept in a data file of AREA MASCOTAS, SL as long as its cancellation is not requested. The treatment will be destined to the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services that you acquire and, while the opposition is not communicated, to the improvement of said attention, as well as to the promotion of own products and services and of third companies linked to AREA MASCOTAS, SL .
