SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

DELIVERY DEADLINES AND CONDITIONS

For shipments to GERMANY, AUSTRIA, FRANCE, ITALY, HOLLAND, BELGIUM AND SWEDEN:

All orders will be shipped by UPS:

- All orders that include COROPLAST will have an average preparation period of about 2 - 3 working days, since these are hand-made items made to order. Orders will be sent by UPS and its 3-6 days service.

Delivery Conditions: Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we notify you by email. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a warning note or we will send them an email informing them of the delivery incident or the courier will inform them by email. UPS has 2 delivery attempts. The UPS Access Point® service is not available, so if the delivery is not made in those 2 attempts, the package will be returned.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, this period may be extended to a maximum of ten business days and we will contact you.

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (transport agency problems, absence of the recipient at the delivery address, at the time of delivery, etc.).

We reserve the right to deny cash on delivery if there are indications of fraudulent purchase or we can contact the customer before shipping.

Explanatory note:

(*) The deliveries of the orders will always be made from Monday to Friday , never Saturdays or Sundays, or holidays.
