For shipments to PENINSULAR SPAIN:

All orders will be sent by CORREOSEXPRESS

- Orders placed from Monday to Friday : Orders received before 12:00 AM will be sent that same day and will be delivered by the courier the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 AM will be shipped the next business day as a general rule, unless our logistics allow it and it could leave on the same day.

- Orders placed from Monday to Friday: orders received before 12:00 AM will be sent that same day and will be delivered within 48 business hours. Orders received after 12:00 AM will be shipped the next business day.

- Orders placed on the weekend: Orders received after 12:00 AM on Friday and until 12:00 AM on the following Monday will be sent on Monday and will be delivered within 48 business hours.

- Delivery Conditions: Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we notify you by email. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a warning note or we will send them an email informing them of the delivery incident or the courier will inform them by email. UPS has 2 delivery attempts. The UPS Access Point® service is not available, so if the delivery is not made in those 2 attempts, the package will be returned.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, this period may be extended to a maximum of ten business days and we will contact you.

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (transport agency problems, absence of the recipient at the delivery address, at the time of delivery, etc.).
